8.6 Each Seller agrees to hold Tiktok Mall and its affiliates harmless from and against all claims, causes of action, damages and judgments arising out of the removal of any content or product listings based on or related to any claim of intellectual property infringement.
9. Purchases and Payments 9.1 Tiktok Mall supports one or more of the following payment methods in each country in which it operates: (i) Credit Cards vary by jurisdiction.
(ii) Installment Purchase Plan For orders over S$200, buyers can pay in installments. Installment payments are processed through third-party channels.
9.2 The Buyer may only change his preferred payment method before payment is made.
9.3Tiktok Mall is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the buyer due to the shipping information and/or payment information entered by the buyer or the buyer's incorrect remittance of payment for the purchased goods. 10. Seller wallet
10.1 Your Account allows the storage of funds that you receive from sales proceeds on the Platform (“Seller Wallet”). The sum of this money, minus any withdrawals, will reflect the balance in your seller wallet.
Submit a transfer request ("Withdrawal Request") up to once per day to transfer funds from your Seller Wallet (up to a maximum of your Seller Wallet Balance) to your linked bank account ("Linked Account"). Tiktok Mall may also periodically and automatically transfer funds from your seller wallet to your associated account at Tiktok Mall's discretion. Tiktok Mall will only process such transfers on business days, and it may take up to two business days for such transfers to be credited to your linked account. Tiktok Mall can only pay sellers via bank transfer. Therefore, sellers must provide their bank account details to Tiktok Mall in order to receive payments from their seller wallet.
10.3 Currently, Tiktok Mall can only pay you through third-party payment channels. Therefore, you will need to provide Tiktok Mall with your payment details for collection purposes (for example, payment for item sales or Tiktok Mall refunds).
(a) Tiktok Mall sets the corresponding payment cycle based on the seller's store reputation score. They are 1 Star, 2 Star, 3 Star, 4 Star, 5 Star and Preferred Seller.
(b) The registered store of a new seller is the preferred seller. The payment cycle for preferred seller and 5-star seller stores is T+1 on working days.
(c) The payment cycle for four-star stores is the 10th, 20th and 30th of each month.
(d) The payment cycle for three-star and two-star stores is the 15th and 30th of each month.
(e) Payment cycles for 1 Star Stores are processed on the 1st of each month.
10.4 The payment you make for selling goods on Tiktok Mall shall be credited to your seller wallet within seven (7) days after the goods are delivered to the buyer or immediately after the buyer confirms receipt of the goods.
10.5 Once submitted, you may not modify or cancel a withdrawal request.
10.6 If an error occurs in the processing of any transaction, you authorize us to initiate a debit or credit entry to your nominated bank account to correct such error, provided that any such correction complies with applicable laws and regulations. If for any reason we are unable to debit your designated bank account, you authorize us to resubmit the debit and any applicable fees to any other bank account or payment instrument you have on file with us, or to withdraw the debit and applicable fees from The fee will be deducted from your seller wallet in the future.
10.7 You authorize us to initiate a debit or credit to your seller wallet:
(i) correct any errors in the processing of any transaction;
(ii) Tiktok Mall determines that you have engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activities and/or transactions;
(iii) any lost, damaged or incorrect items;
(iv) in connection with any incentives or rebates;
(v) with respect to any uncollected fees;
(vi) in connection with the resolution of any transaction disputes, including any compensation by you;
(vii) any prohibited items or items detained by customs;
(h) regarding any changes agreed between Buyer and Seller; and
(9) Until you activate the advertising points recharge function to purchase advertising points, and your advertising points are lower than the minimum amount of your advertising points.
11. Shopping payment
11.1 If you have both an Tiktok Mall account and an Tiktok Mall Pay Pte. account. Ltd. ("Tiktok Mall Pay"), you authorize Tiktok Mall Pay to disclose such information to Tiktok Mall Pay in order for Tiktok Mall Pay to provide services (as defined in the Tiktok Mall Pay Terms of Service) to you, including without limitation any connection to your account.
12. Store warranty
12.1 The Tiktok Mall Warranty is a service provided by Tiktok Mall or its authorized agents to protect your purchase. To avoid liability risks, monies purchased from sellers using the Services will be held by Tiktok Mall or its authorized agents ("Tiktok Mall Guaranteed Accounts"). Sellers do not earn interest or other income from the amounts you pay into your Tiktok Mall Guaranteed Account.
12.2 Once the Buyer pays for his or her order (the "Buyer's Payment"), the Buyer's Payment will remain in the Tiktok Mall Secured Account until:
(a) Buyer sends Tiktok Mall confirmation that Buyer has received his/her goods, in which case, unless 12.2(d) applies, Tiktok Mall will release Buyer's purchase price (less Seller's shipping percentage (if applicable), Transaction Fees and Taxes) amounts are paid to the seller in an Tiktok Mall Secured Account (as defined below) and (if applicable) Cross-Border Fees (as defined below);
(b) the Tiktok Mall warranty period (or any extension approved under 12.3) expires, in which case Tiktok Mall will release Buyer's purchase price (less Seller's shipping costs) unless 12.2(c) or 12.2(d) applies. ) Ratio (if applicable), Transaction Fees and Taxes (defined below) paid to the seller in an Tiktok Mall Secured Account and (if applicable) Cross-Border Fees (defined below);

Tiktok Mall Guarantee is only available to buyers who pay to Tiktok Mall Guaranteed Account through the channels provided by Tiktok Mall. The Tiktok Mall guarantee does not cover offline arrangements between buyers and sellers.

12.6 The Tiktok Mall Warranty is in addition to the obligations of the Buyer and Seller under applicable law, but without limitation, these obligations may exceed those set forth in the Tiktok Mall Warranty. 13. 14.Tiktok Mall Token Marketing Service
14.1 Sellers can purchase Tiktok Mall Tokens in the "Marketing Center" section of the Seller Center ("Marketing Center") and distribute them to buyers for free for marketing purposes. 15.4 For each completed transaction for which the Buyer successfully applies for a Seller Token Cashback Voucher, the Seller shall pay Tiktok Mall the value of the additional Tiktok Mall Tokens credited to the Buyer (the "Token Cashback Price"). Coin Cashback prices in Singapore dollars are the amount of additional Tiktok Mall Coins deposited into the buyer's account divided by 100, rounded to the nearest cent. Coin Cash Back prices are subject to goods and services tax (“Coin Cash Back Tax”) and Seller is responsible for payment of such Coin Cash Back Tax.
15.5 After the transaction is successful, Tiktok Mall shall deduct the token rebate price and token rebate tax from the buyer's purchase price, and remit the balance to the seller in accordance with Article 12.2. Tiktok Mall shall issue a receipt or tax invoice for the Coin Cashback price and Coin Cashback tax upon request. 15.6 Coin Cashback prices and Coin Cashback taxes are strictly non-refundable.
16. Delivery 16.1
Tiktok Mall will notify the seller when Tiktok Mall receives payment from the buyer. Unless otherwise agreed with Tiktok Mall, the seller shall make the necessary arrangements to deliver the purchased items to the buyer and provide details such as the name of the delivery company, tracking number, etc. to the buyer through the website.

20. Purchase and sale of alcohol 20.1 Tiktok Mall permits the purchase and sale of alcoholic products ("Alcohol") on this website, subject to the terms and conditions of this Clause 19. If you are a purchaser of alcohol ("Alcohol Purchaser"), you will be deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions in clause 18 when you purchase alcohol on this website. (ii) All information and documents provided to Tiktok Mall are true and accurate.
20.4 When delivering alcohol to a purchaser of alcohol:
(i) The Shipping Agent reserves the right to require valid photo identification for age verification; and
(ii) ShopTikTok (through the delivery agent) reserves the right to refuse delivery of alcohol if the alcohol purchaser and/or recipient appears intoxicated or is unable to provide valid photo ID for age verification.

21.3 For Sellers who sell products on the Platform via the Shopify API, Tiktok Mall will charge a fee (the "Shopify Transaction Fee") for all successful transactions completed on the Site. Shopify transaction fees are borne by the seller and are calculated as one-half (1.5%) of the buyer's purchase price, rounded to the nearest cent. Shopify transaction fees are subject to GST (“Shopify Tax”), and Sellers are responsible for payment of such Shopify Tax. For the avoidance of doubt, Shopify Transaction Fees and Shopify Taxes apply.
21.4 Upon successful transaction, Tiktok Mall shall deduct transaction fees, taxes, cross-border fees, Shopify Transaction Fees and Shopify Taxes (if applicable) from the Buyer's purchase payment and remit the balance to the Seller and Section 12.2. Tiktok Mall shall issue receipts or tax invoices for transaction fees, taxes, Shopify transaction fees, and Shopify taxes upon the seller's request. 22. Overseas supplier registration
22.1 For digital service sellers outside Singapore who fall under the Overseas Supplier Registration System (“Overseas Digital Services Seller”), the supply of digital services to buyers (i.e. individuals and non-GST registered businesses) is subject to GST (“OVR”). 23. Disputes
