Refund and Return Policy

1. Return/Refund Application According to the terms and conditions of this refund and return policy and the Terms of Service, before Tiktok Mall expires, buyers may apply for return and/or refund within the warranty period stipulated in the Terms of Service. Tiktok Mall Guarantee is a service provided by Tiktok Mall at the request of users to assist users in dealing with certain conflicts that may arise during transactions. Users can communicate with each other privately to resolve differences, or contact local authorities to help them resolve any disputes before, during or after using Tiktok Mall.

2. Return Application Buyers can only apply for refunds and/or returns under the following circumstances:

• The buyer has not received the item;

• Goods delivered are defective and/or damaged;

• Items delivered by the Seller to the Buyer do not conform to the agreed specifications (e.g. wrong size, color, etc.);

• The items delivered to Buyer differ materially from the description provided by Seller in the item listing; or

• Based on a private agreement with the seller, the seller must send his/her confirmation letter to Tiktok Mall to confirm the agreement.

Buyer's application must be submitted through the Tiktok Mall mobile app.

Please note that if required by Tiktok Mall, the buyer must ship the item to a location designated by Tiktok Mall within ten (10) calendar days of the return request.

Tiktok Mall will approve your refund and return request at its sole discretion. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Tiktok Mall's decision is final, conclusive and binding, and undertakes and agrees not to initiate any litigation or otherwise assert any claim against Tiktok Mall or its affiliates with respect to such decision.

If the buyer initiates legal proceedings against the seller, the buyer can provide Tiktok Mall with a formal notice from the relevant authorities requiring Tiktok Mall to continue to hold the purchase funds until a formal decision is obtained. Tiktok Mall will determine at its sole discretion whether it is necessary to continue to hold funds for such purchases.

3. Rights of preferred seller

If you are a Preferred Seller, you should receive separate written notification from Tiktok Mall that you have elected to participate in the Tiktok Mall Preferred Seller Program. If at any time you decide not to participate in the Tiktok Mall Preferred Seller Program, please notify Tiktok Mall in writing; otherwise, you will be deemed to have elected to remain in the Tiktok Mall Preferred Seller Program and have agreed to the terms set forth in this Refund and Return Policy and conditions. Tiktok Mall may suspend or remove any Preferred Seller from the Tiktok Mall Preferred Seller program at any time in its sole discretion.

Tiktok Mall's decision to approve a refund or return in accordance with clause 2 above shall be binding on the relevant Preferred Seller. Preferred Sellers agree to comply with and take all necessary steps to fulfill refund or return requests from Tiktok Mall approved buyers.

For any refund or return request approved by Tiktok Mall, Tiktok Mall will notify the Preferred Seller by email ("Email Notification") and send the relevant returned item in writing to the address provided to Tiktok Mall by the relevant Preferred Seller. Complete the refund and return process as long as the address is located in the country where the products are sold on the Site ("Local Address"). If a Preferred Seller fails to provide a local address for a returned item or fails to accept delivery of a returned item within a reasonable time (as determined by Tiktok Mall), Tiktok Mall reserves the right to dispose of such items in any manner it sees fit. and the Preferred Seller shall be deemed to have waived all rights to such items. If a returned item is not received by the Preferred Seller, the Preferred Seller must notify Tiktok Mall within seven (7) days of receipt of the email notification (the "Notification Period"). Failure to notify Tiktok Mall within the notice period will be conclusive and result in the Preferred Seller accepting that the item has been delivered and the Preferred Seller agrees not to assert any claim or dispute regarding any such item.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, items approved for refund or return at Tiktok Mall's sole discretion may not be returned to the Preferred Seller, and the Preferred Seller shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the item.

For any refund or return rejected by Tiktok Mall after receipt of the relevant item, Tiktok Mall will arrange to ship the item to the relevant buyer's address in accordance with clause 2 above.

If Tiktok Mall approves any refund or return request, the Preferred Seller may appeal the decision by contacting Tiktok Mall and providing evidence to support the appeal. If Tiktok Mall supports the preferred seller's appeal, it will pay all or part of the purchase price to the preferred seller. Preferred Seller acknowledges and agrees that Tiktok Mall's decision is final, conclusive and binding, and undertakes and agrees not to litigate or otherwise assert any claim against Tiktok Mall or its affiliates with respect to such decision.

4. Rights of ordinary sellers

For the purposes of this refund and return policy, a regular seller is a seller who is not a marketplace seller or preferred seller.

When Tiktok Mall receives a buyer's return and/or refund request, Tiktok Mall will notify the seller in writing. The Seller may respond to the Buyer's application by following the steps provided by Tiktok Mall in the written notice. Seller must respond within the time frame specified in the written notice (the “Prescribed Period”). If Tiktok Mall does not receive a response from the seller within the specified period, Tiktok Mall will assume that the seller has not responded to the buyer's application and will continue to evaluate the buyer's application without further notifying the seller. Tiktok Mall will review each seller's response on a case-by-case basis and determine in its sole discretion whether the buyer's application is likely to be successful based on the circumstances described by the seller.

5. Return conditions

In order to enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning, buyers should ensure that the item, including any free items such as accessories that come with the item, must be returned to the seller in the same condition that the buyer received it at the time of delivery. 6. Responsibility for product return shipping costs) If the seller makes an unforeseen error (i.e. - damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered product to the buyer), the seller will be responsible for the buyer's return shipping costs. (If the buyer changes his mind, he must obtain the seller's consent before requesting a return. The buyer shall bear the return shipping costs.) If the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, Tiktok Mall will decide on its own the party responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Refund buyers can only obtain a refund after Tiktok Mall receives confirmation from the seller that the returned item has been received. If Tiktok Mall does not receive a response from the seller within the specified time, Tiktok Mall reserves the right to refund the applicable amount to the buyer without further notification to the seller. Refunds will be made to the buyer's credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.

8. Communication between buyers and sellers

Tiktok Mall encourages users to communicate with each other when there is a problem with a transaction. Since Tiktok Mall is a platform for users to trade, buyers should contact the seller directly to resolve any issues related to the purchased items.
